Welcome to iFiles. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of the app
iFiles is a file management tool for organizing, viewing and transferring files on your device. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your content
All files, documents, photos, videos and other content managed through iFiles remain your property and your responsibility. iFiles does not claim ownership of your files and does not access, collect or store your content on external servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to store, manage or share any content through the app.
Purchases & subscriptions
iFiles Pro is offered as an auto-renewing yearly or monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Please keep backups of important files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of iFiles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of files or device-related issues.
Updates, changes & termination
We may update or modify the app and these Terms of Service from time to time; continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without prior notice.
